of the body
for heavier strength training sessions
on the gym,
we are ready for typical
cycling sessions too.
Training at the gym..
with bigger effort and intensity
(technique still very important)
Swimming, running, skiing…
Slowly come out of our comfort zone.
yes, excercises, intervals
and havier sessions
are back again.
Right stimulation by right training session!
Yes, except of pleasure
comes from the training,
mentioned stimuli in this
period must appear.
