    Does frequent urination indicate anything?

A healthy person, by eating food, absorbs the necessary ingredients and excretes the rest in the form of: urine + feces + gases
If any of them are missing, it is a sign that we are making a dietary mistake or a mistake resulting from our lifestyle, or even from the stereotypes “a man is not a pig, he can hold it in…”.
    Does frequent urination indicate anything?

If liquid foods are consumed, there will definitely be the most of it. The problem with urination may be worrying. But then these are already troublesome ailments, not frequent urination.
If foods are consumed that produce a lot of gases or simply contain them, there will be a lot of them (they cannot be excreted through the ears or hidden in a pocket), and holding them in must cause the gases to mix with other excrements in order to get rid of them from the body. From the knowledge and experience of the trainer, it follows that this is very unhealthy and dangerous for the body.
Similarly with feces. Small amounts of fluids will cause proportionally a lot of it. It can also cause problems with the digestive system and organs that remove undigested food residues.
During illness, stomach problems, you can expel everything at once. Whether through the mouth or otherwise, also properly divided the three mentioned elements are a reason for satisfaction, if not happiness.
This is the opinion of the trainer.
