EXERCISE 1
Riding with a cadence
around of 120
3-4 intervals of 3 minutes
(be careful, no
jumping on the saddle)

EXERCISE 2
Riding with a low cadence
uphill.
4-6 intervals of 2 minutes
(one leg push, the other
pull up the pedal)

EXERCISE 3
One foot pedaling
1 minute each leg
one after another
for 6-10 minutes.
(nice circular movement.
Keep i mind: moves are
built like “pulls and pushes”.
Not just push.)

EXERCISE Bonus!
Take care of your ABS muscles
back and core muscles.
This is only way to get
nice, stable position
and get the movement of the
legs smooth and equal.
