It is important that the entire system is designed so that the trainer can do everything manually.
On the principle of “first come, first served” or if the automatic process fails, then the trainer does everything manually.
Currently, the trainer’s job is to check whether everything is done exactly as he would do it.
Automatic processes are created by the trainer with the support of JacaCoachTEAM.
It is also important that the application “does not pretend to be human”.
These are facts, messages and training plans created based on the current form of the training person, taking into account other parameters such as time possibilities, etc.
Was it always like this?
Definitely not.
Why is it like this now?
There have always been accusations that everything is done automatically, so some time ago a decision was made to relieve the coach and for these opinions to finally match the facts. The coach worked like an automaton anyway so as not to succumb to various types of pressure from his charges (usually adults, I pay-I demand – even digferent training).
Activities that the trainer performed identically for years, thousands of times (maybe even millions), often according to the same pattern, or many different patterns, have been programmed and are performed automatically.
They are done even better – without errors.
(at some point the trainer ventured to say that he could program himself, even a fallible one 🙂 )
Certain actions of the trainer (mainly the unconventional ones) did not work or were not appreciated and the trainer gave up on them.
