Can I also post the materials posted on www.jaca.coach on my website, blog, etc.?

(Updated 9.3.2025)
Yes, according to your needs, discretion, in accordance with your own ethical standards and at your own risk. Of course, it can be according to your own idea and creativity ;)

ps. Generally, we try not to follow what is happening on the "publicly available" internet, social media, or even more so on the dark web.

When is the best time of year to start training?

You can start training and cooperation at any time, at any time of the year.
The coach adapts the training program to the athlete, his needs, capabilities and the current season.

In the case of "Training for Today" it is so well thought out and prepared that training can also be started at any time.

Do I have to start cooperation at the beginning of the month?

(Applies to Base/Top cooperation with JacaCoadhAPP)
No.
You can start cooperation with JacaCoachTEAM on any day of the month.
The month of cooperation and the settlement period lasts for one month from the start of training (e.g. from January 12 to February 12).

Sometimes I need a day off/vacation. Is this possible when working with a trainer?

Option 1.

Applies to Base/Top cooperation with JacaCoadhAPP.

Yes, an athlete training with JacaCoach has the option to report days off.
This should be done well in advance, before the trainer plans the training.
If necessary, at the last minute, you can use the tool to postpone training (within a week).

Option 2.
"Training for today"
Do not draw a training on a given day, and if you have purchased a larger number of trainings, take a day off. On the next possible day, do the overdue one, moving the rest by one day.

I work in shifts. Does this prevent cooperation and training?

Working in shifts does not exclude or prevent cooperation.
In such a situation, it is best to report the number of days you can train and report the days you need off well in advance (about 3 weeks in advance).
Additionally, you have a tool at your disposal that allows you to transfer your training within week.

How much time do I need to reserve for training?

Option 1.
Applies to Base/Top cooperation with JacaCoadhAPP.
Your time possibilities are constantly updated in a way that is appropriate for your best development.

Once a month you are asked about your time possibilities for the nearest period of time.

This is a proven and well-thought-out method that allows you to reconcile your everyday life with sports.

At the beginning, you can report to the trainer the minimum time you have (e.g. 40 minutes during the week, 60-90 minutes on weekends).

During cooperation, you can significantly extend this time by reporting such possibilities to the trainer.

Option 2. "Training for today"
In the training for today, the trainer specified the exact training time.

It is usually 30-50 minutes.
Regeneration trainings are longer, but they are presented as a from-to range with a minimum time of "about 1 hour".

How many days a week do I need to do training?

Option 1.
Applies to Base/Top cooperation with JacaCoadhAPP.
During cooperation, you report at the beginning of the month the time possibilities you have.

To start with, you can inform the trainer about 3-5 days (as your time possibilities), and then adjust this number in the following months.

Option 2. "Training for today"
You can do one training every day from those prepared by the trainer. You should draw one every day or buy an eBook with more trainings and do them one by one.
or
You can train occasionally when you feel like doing another "Training for today". It is always better than doing nothing.
