Shop and cooperation regulations

1. The date of commencement of cooperation is the date indicated when placing the order by the ordering party (mainly Base/Top training)
2. The fee applies to cooperation for a given period, the length of which is indicated in the product description (if the order has a specified period, e.g. Base/Top training)
3. The training plan is adapted and personalized to a specific, ordering person, taking into account the parameters and capabilities of this person in a given period of time. (mainly Base/Top training)
4. It is possible for both parties to terminate cooperation without giving a reason after the paid period of cooperation has ended (mainly Base/Top training)
5. When ordering a training plan or training, etc., the ordering party is aware of their health condition and ability to perform training
6. Since the training will be performed remotely, the trainer has no influence on the safety and correctness of the exercises.
7. The only place where a training plan is made available to a training person is the JacaCoachAPP Application or the JCT website
8. JCT reserves the right to cancel an order and not to cooperate without giving a reason (refunding the money paid by the ordering party)
