Cycling, like other endurance sports (running, swimming), can be started at any age.
However, the intensity and level of advancement must be adapted to the physical capabilities of the body.
When it comes to cooperation with JacaCoach, there are no restrictions in this regard.
However, the trainee must be able to cooperate using the JacaCoach Application, which contains the exercises and training sessions assigned by the trainer.
