How many days a week do I need to do cycling/running training?

How many days a week should you train endurance sports such as cycling or running? During cooperation, you report your available time at the beginning of the month.
The trainer advises you on an ongoing basis what is the best number of days for you for optimal development.
To start with, you can inform the trainer about 3-5 days (as your time limits), and then adjust this amount in the following months.

Will I be able to postpone the planned training?

The trainer allows you to postpone the planned training within several sessions.
In this way, if necessary and in case of time problems, the trainee is able to slightly reorganize the training plan in order to implement all the assumptions.

Person under 18 and trainings with JacaCoachTEAM?

Cycling, like other endurance sports (running, swimming), can be started at any age.
However, the intensity and level of advancement must be adapted to the physical capabilities of the body.
When it comes to cooperation with JacaCoachTEAM, there are no limits in this regard.
However, the client/mentee must be able to cooperate using JacaCoachAPP, which contains exercises and training assigned by the trainer.
When placing an order, please send your guardian's consent (template and form in the offer).

Am I too old to training sports and cooperate?

There are no age restrictions.
You can start training and working with JacaCoach at any age.
The intensity of training will be adjusted to the physical capabilities of the client.

Termination of cooperation. Do I sign a contract and is there a notice period?

There is no notice period for terminating cooperation.
Establishing cooperation - you do not sign any contract.
All you need is a placed and paid order.
